THE ARCHIVE
Out here in Eumundi, we’re surrounded by growers who know this hinterland like the back of their hand. Having them just down the road has always been a bit of local magic. Working with those producers was always one of the real joys of brewing here — the kind of thing that nudges you to try something different, then go a little further again.
Those collaborations sparked some of our more curious creations: Cannabock, Orange Blush, Feijoa Sour… bold ideas with dirt-under-the-fingernails origins.
A pretty special chapter, and still one of our favourite parts of the story.

This team effort is an XPA (Extra Pale Ale) and we’ve used 8 different hops to bring it to life!
eu-bundy ipa
A classic IPA with an assertive yet balanced bitterness and light malt body, and a hearty helping of Bundaberg Small Batch Spiced Rum.

This one is a little odd – a little sweet, a little salty and little bit of sour.
Cannabock
Hemp Lager
An easy drinking Amber Lager with a twist. Hemp oil has been added to the brew which imparts a delicate earthiness on the pallet.
Liquorice Stout
Pouring pitch black with a chocolately head, a smooth malt profile of dark chocolate and roast barley combined with a liquorice root inclusion.

A light and refreshing German Hefeweizen (Wheat Beer).

As Californian Steam Ale, this beer is made using Lager yeast and Ale temperature.

An American Amber Ale with sweet caramel malt flavours combined with Citrus and Stone fruit from the Citra, Eldorado and Sabro Hops.
Coffee Lager
This black beauty is a clean, balanced, medium-bodied lager with the late addition of cold brew creating divine coffee notes across the palate.
“No Fast Moves” Stout
A “Breakfast Stout” with an addition of coffee.
Wappa IPA V1.0
Pours deep brown to light red, robust on the palate with pronounced rich and sweet malt notes.
